Hoffman Transcription is a family owned and operated business established in 1980 in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. Our President and CEO, Sheila Ellis-Hoffman was our only employee back then and now we have grown to a staff of more than 30. Our goals have always been simple and still are: To provide professional transcription accurately and expediently while remaining cost efficient.

 We want you to receive the services you need and expect. To accomplish this, a representative is assigned to work closely with you to ensure first class customer service.

 We have implemented a quality assurance program to ensure the accuracy of your transcriptions.
